  Our Consignment Agreement:

Items should be clean and ready to sell. Please ensure that they are vacuumed, free of odors, pet hairs and stains, with no rips, tears or damage to the finish. All parts should be included and not broken. Consigned items will be listed on our Consignment Inventory Sheet. You will receive a copy for your records as well.

First Class Trash will price your item(s) based on condition, manufacturer, quality, original retail price, style and demand. You receive 50% of the selling price. The consignment period is 90 days and we will discount the item in order to make a reasonable sale. After 90 days, you have 10 business days to retrieve your item. If you do not pick up your item in 10 business days, the item will become the property of First Class Trash with no further liability, financial or otherwise, to Consignor and without further notice by First Class Trash. The consignor is responsible for tracking the expiration date of the contract.

Checks will be posted by the 15th of the month following the sale of the item. We do our best to safeguard your items but we are not responsible for damage or loss.
